Goodlife has been selected to received £1,000 after applying for funding from organic skin and haircare brand Green People to help get its Listening Project off the ground.
Goodlife’s Listening Project will enable people with learning disabilities to tell their life stories and be heard, and provide an opportunity for them to get involved with the technical side of production to help build confidence and skills. Not only that but the best recordings we make will be broadcast by Wolverhampton Community Radio (WCRFM) in a series of short interludes in their usual programming.
The funding will be used to buy essential equipment and pay for us to develop the project further.
